Classic Telephone

The phone system we purchased is nice but the "after the sale" customer service is extremely lacking. I wouldn't purchase from this company again based on my customer service experience. We had our system installed almost two years ago now. In one of the offices we don't use very often we had one of the new phones installed. They were supposed to program the phone to match the rest of the phones in the office. Well we now use the office quite a bit and noticed that the phone is not displaying the caller ID correctly. Called up CT and discussed it with them. They said it sounds like a programming issue....ya think!!! They wanted $$$ to remote in and fix the issue. Hummmm, since it was supposed to be programmed correctly from the beginning you would think they would fix the issue at no charge. They make a lot of promises and have a great sales pitch to get your $$$ but after the sale and the "support period" they are terrible. I would recommend that if you are looking to replace your phone system that you look for another company who is much more appreciative of your business.
