Menus are customized and consist of whatever the client chooses. The menus on this site are examples only. We have served events of 150 - 4,000 guests and our capabilities are virtually unlimited. Every event is planned in detail between the client and our expert planner. Our service area is unrestricted. Travel charges may apply. We have a mobile food production facility.
