Granbury School District

I know there are teachers that care about kids in Granbury ISD. There are many problems here with the new high school principal and others in leadership. Don't be fooled, if your trying to keep your kids away from drugs, teen pregnancy, it is here in Granbury!! If your kids do sports, are smart and you want them to do well in college stay away from this school district. Granbury does not have zero tolerance for drugs, you can buy them at the school. My kids have been asked to buy drugs at Granbury High School. There are no policeman on campus, the rules are made up as they go along. Even kids in leadership drink and do drugs. It is sad and not a safe environment, like our realtor told us it was! You will end up having to put your children in private school and be stuck with a house no one wants to buy. A lot of people transfer there kids to Tolor ISD and pay $3,000 a year to send there kids to public school. So think hard before you buy a house in Granbury!
