My nine year old son began experiencing acute pain in his lower canine tooth. I called the office's emergency number and was quickly able to speak to Dr. Mantel. He was thorough and patient as he determined what could be causing the acute toothache. Dr. Mantel made a special effort to call for an additional staff member so that he could examine my son that very night -- a Friday at 9PM no less! Dr. Mantel performed an emergency tooth extraction which immediately helped my child end the difficult hours of discomfort he experienced. I can't thank Dr. Mantel and his assistant enough for dropping everything on a Friday night to help a child in need. They are dedicated and caring professionals! The office is state-of-the-art and Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski, our primary dentist, is also fantastic with patients! We are so grateful to have such wonderful dental care in Ozaukee County!!

A trip to Dr. Kwiatkowski's is pleasant from start to finish. The new facility is better than any dentist office I have ever been in. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the assistants are great, and Dr. Kwiatkowski is professional and caring. We switched to Dr. Kwiatkowski when we first moved to the area. My kids were not big fans of going to the dentist after a previous not-so-good experience at another dentist. After the first visit to Dr. Kwiatkowski, they were actually asking to go back. He is fantastic when it comes to putting reluctant kids (and adults) at ease in the dentist chair. He uses the latest technology to make every visit as comfortable as possible. He has exceeded our expectations!

My 8 year old son cracked his permanent front tooth in half while we were out of town one weekend. I was extremely concerned about it so called Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski right away. Even though it was 6pm on a Saturday evening he answered my call and reassured me that he would be able to fix the problem on Monday. No need for me to worry all weekend! Monday morning I brought my son in and as promised, Dr. Kurt fixed my son’s tooth so that you would never know it had ever been chipped. The coloring was perfect and we have had no problems with it since. That is what I call exceptional customer service!!!

From the moment I entered the state of the art facility where I was greeted by a coffee bar, internet bar and incredible waiting area, I knew this wasn't an ordinary trip to the dentist. I was called promptly and lead into a clean, comfortable room and sat down in a dental chair that was comfortable and could massage my back! The staff at Dr. Kwiatkowski's office made me feel at peace throughout the process. Dr. Kwiatkowski was professional, thorough and actually a lot of fun. I have to say, I had never been a fan of going to the dentist... until now.

Having grown up the son of a children's dentist I had very high expectations and was hesitant to bring my kids without checking things out for myself, so I volunteered my teeth to be the family guinea pig. Not only was the office extremely comfortable and modern but Dr. K and his staff were both professional and friendly.

Have been going to Dr. Kurt for past 10 yrs. His new office is by far the most progressive one that I have seen. His staff is friendly and Dr. Kurt is extremely professional and caring. Besides his claim to painless dentistry is true. I don't rub the leather off of my shoes anymore.

What a beautiful and inviting office from the outside, only to be outdone by the exceptional staff inside. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave after you appointment I felt very welcomed and appreciated by all. Dr. Kurt and his staff take the time to talk with you to make sure you are comfortable with the work they will be doing. My children love going to the dentist now because they feel so comfortable! I would recommend Dr. Kurt Kwiatkowski to anyone looking for a new dentist.
