Terrace Salon & Spa

I was a customer in this spa months ago and while I was going to the restroom I overheard the owner (John) bad mouthing one of his employees to their face. I will never come back to this spa for a few reasons but mainly this. The owner seemed two-faced and seemed to talk very poorly to his employees, (I actually heard him cuss at this poor girl), and then put on a fake smile and a sing song voice in front of customers. Along with this the whole atmosphere seemed stuck up and very unwelcoming. I paid a slightly steep price for a service that was average of any salon around and found myself watching the employees wondering how they were treated when clients were not present.
