I was originally a pleased customer, but now I feel as if I have no value as a customer with this business. I brought a substantial amount of clothes to be altered as I've lost a lot of weight. I would guesstimate it at 40 pieces. I would check almost daily on the status of my repairs and each time I received a friendly "not yet" come back in a week. Today I finally gave up on my items being altered in a timely manner. I've waited over 2 months now. When I came in today to advise Chanthy (the business owner) of my decision to find another tailor she was dismissive of me and said no problem. When I questioned how my business and money was any less important than her other customers she blamed my bringing a lot of clothes to her and that she had to take care of her other customers first. This is wrong. I asked her if she made all of her customers wait two months for their alterations she became defensive. I also asked her that if I were 40 different customers walking in the door with one alteration each would she make them all wait two months? Again she became defensive and said for me to take my stuff and that it's OK. I will not be back to this business as she clearly has no concept of what proper business etiquette is. If she was unable to take on a large order she should have declined at the onset instead of making me wait two months and receive endless excuses. I'm very upset and feel degraded by Chanthy and this business.
