Dahn Yoga Tai Chi & Meditation

I have been taking yoga classes here for about 3 months now and I love it! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the instructor's main goal is to get you in a great physical condition to be healthy and happy! They also offer a lot of workshops for self improvement and I love how each class incorporates meditation. It has really helped me with my insomnia and anxiety! I highly recommend it!
