FastTrac Moving

I would like to rate this 0 stars. I recently used fasttrac moving for help with a move. On the morning of the move, they called and said they would arrive at 4:20 they didnt arrive then, we called them at 4:45 asked where they was, they said 10 min away, Still did not show until 5:05. When they finally arrived one of the helpers was gabbing on the phone for ten min after arrival time, had to be told by someone to get off the phone that they were getting paid to move not be on the phone. well it only took them a little over a hour to load up what was already packed. we had paid for 4 hours because uhaul's website didn't make it very clear that you could adjust the hours, we thought we had to pay for the 4 hours. Contacted moving help the next day and asked to be refunded the 2 hours that they did not work. moving help sent them a email requesting they refund the money to us. They agreed to it provided we left them a positive review and that once the review had been left, they would issue the refund. Well DON'T ever trust them we left them a positive review when it should have been negative for the VERY UNPROFESSIONALISM and the showing up over a hour late, and never receiving the refund that was promised. We had to file a complaint with movinghelp.com and are battling it which is a waste of time because it's communicating with Justice, Haskell who is a liar and is stating that he never said that he would pay the well owed refund back. SAVE YOUR TIME YOUR MONEY AND STRESS AND DO NOT USE THEM!! There are other companies out there that will not screw you over like they did to us and other people they have too.

Worst mistake I have ever made was choosing Fast Trac for our moving day. We were supposed to move Saturday--I had received a call from Haskell on Thursday confirming the time. They never showed Saturday. I was able to reach Haskell again on the number he called from. He said they'd be there the next morning at 8am. But, once again, they didn't show! And, he wouldn't answer his phone.



So, what resulted was that we had to load our moving truck by ourselves, were late due to their unbelievable unprofessionalism, and missed our movers that were already pre-scheduled on the other end (we're out that money). So, we ended up having to unload by ourselves there, too. Thanks, Fast Trac!
