Chef Stef Consulting was established in 2011 to assist, both, new and existing restaurants with the menus for their establishments. Your menu is a major focal point of your establishment. It is one of the first things asked about when a restaurant is bought up in conversation. You want your menu to be impeccable. You want it to be a solid representation of your establishment. If you are a new start up and are in the early planning stages, this is the perfect time for a menu consultant to assist you with designing a menu suited for your establishment. If you are an existing establishment looking for ways to increase business, a menu consultant will take a look at your menu and see areas to change or improve based on previous sales and current costs. You may even be looking to completely revamp your business to another form of food service establishment.
