Five Star Cleaners

I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience at Four Star Cleaners in Glendale Heights. I dropped off 3 silk bloused and a pair of slacks for cleaning and a couple days later received a call that the blouses were ruined. Apparently another customer had left a ink pen in the pocket of a blazer and although, according to the representative from the cleaners, it is standard practice to check pockets that check did not occur. They have offered to reimburse me 50% of the cost for these three pieces. I did not find this acceptable since that will not replace more then one of the tops. Since then, I have not been reimbursed or received any followup and the phone number is now disconnected.
