NSL Moving

the WORST moving company money can buy. This is a true case of "you get what you pay for"...DO NOT be swayed by 2 men for $55.oo an hour. They are inexperienced, disorganized and do not speak english --do you speak Russian? DO NOT use this moving company unless you want a disaster on your hands while you move. They do not tell you about many "hidden charges" like how you need to pay extra to have your furniture shrunk wrapped. They showed up with a total of 5 small wardrobe boxes when we had specifically told them we needed at least 12--but the gal I had spoken to, Sophie, had promised "oversized wardrobe boxes" which was not the case at all. We had to go out and buy them in the middle of the move--and although they reinbursed us, this was stressful and a hassle to do on move day and especially while they are charging an hourly rate. Additionally, Sophie, the gal who answers the phone when you call stated that ALL of our items in our 3 bedroom home would fit into our truck and eveything did NOT fit. They could not find another truck or team to help us since it was Labor Day weekend and we got stuck having to negotiate their rates for yet another trip charge from Woodland Hills to Long Beach in bumper to bumper traffic on a Friday Labor day weekend. Do yourself a favor--save your sanity and use another moving company. I have also filed a formal complaint against this company with the California PUCT for taking our propane gas grill tank off of our grill and leaving it at our old address without advising us. The deposit on this tank cost us $55.00. When we returned to our old address the tank was gone. Additionally, the lead team member was arguementative and did not want to do the "little extras" like help connect the washer and dryer--( something all movers in my experience are happy to do)--- trust me on this one--USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
