Our HOA was a complete mess and in severe financial trouble. There was no order of conduct and the operations continued to be disastrous. We were never able to reach the previous management company, as they didn't care.



Yes, I understand we are a 40 unit condo complex, and our building can get complicated, but I am so thankful to Jack for taking on the management of our association and turning it completely around to a functional building, and at the same time, beautifying our community.
