        Overall

        DO NOT USE HIM. Once he gets his money, you won't see him often. He will miraculously be busy on other jobs OR his car broke down OR one of his workers did not show up. Always an excuse. He doesn't finish anything. I've been trying to get my money back for several days but he always has an excuse. He doesn't even deserve one star.
