Creative Kitchens

I contacted this company to do some lighting and a few other things in my kitchen. I went through the items while the representative was here...he wrote everything down and told me that he would email me an itemized list with costs attached. Because I was paying cash, I knew I couldn't get everything done at one time and planned to have things done in $7000 increments. The representative explained to me that it would cost more if I did not have it all done at once...I told him that I understood that. After I heard nothing from him for a week - I wrote the company an email. NO response. If they did not want my smaller jobs, the correct way to handle it would have been to let me know instead of not responding. Horrible customer service!
