Just relocated from New England to Florida. I'm still feeling the effects of a horror move from 2 years ago. Decided to go with All Points because they are an actual carrier and not a broker. The guys showed up uniformed and were very professional. Thank goodness this move went well !
I decided to go with All Points after a good convo with my rep Cooper. I was skeptical about hiring a mover for this last relocation because I had a horrible experience in the past. I realized that my mistep previously was doing business with a broker and not an actual moving carrier like All Points. Everything these guys promised me they delivered on.
I made a good choice going with All Points. I originially booked a move with a company that gave me an amazing price. Come to find out they were a broker pulling a fast one one me. The only reason I found this out is because All Points educated me on the difference between a moving carrier and a moving broker. Needeless to say the move went well. thanks guys

Absolutely awful company. Was told one thing as far as price went, and day of the move it all was different. They claimed to be different than all the other companies. Never been treated more Ridley than I was by Chris the "supervisor". I should have known better when I spoke to a different person every time I called. The binding estimate I was given wasn't worth the paper it was printed on because I was immediately charged for extra things before anything even went on the truck, even though those items I was being charged extra for were on the inventory sheet. The truck finally left after I asked multiple times for them to go. Chris refused to return my deposit for the non service I received. I will be disputing that charge with my credit card. I received over a dozen phone calls after I had the truck leave, not to mention they came back an hour later to take pictures of my personal vehicle. Horrible business.

Recently used this company for my son's move from Delaware to Texas. You know you hear all these stories about movers, so I had my reservations initially. I was extremely cautious in choosing a mover. I decided to go with All Points because the representative was extremely professional and they provided me a decent rate. My son was extremely happy with the service and I was happy I made the right choice. Overall a good experience.
Recently used these guys for my move from MA to NY. I must say it went off rather smoothly. The movers were professional and polite That really means a lot to me, as I'm all about customer service. Overall I am pleased with the service and will use them again if I relocate.
The move went great!! I recently used allpoints for a move from long island ny to florida. I started by speaking to cooper who set up my move. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. Especially when I told him that I had a painting that needed to be crated. He had the guys come out 2 days before the move and made sure this was done. The Painting made it without a scratch. I am very pleased and will recommend this company to my family. Hopefully they get a discount.
