NorthCraft Deck Staining Services

The tech was quick to provide a price for the work on my house. When they came to work they paid attention to details on the deck which is rare to find in a contractor. The stained deck looks good and im confident that it will last for years.

Less than one Star!
I have tried to contact them via email and v/m multiple times with no response, where their message tells you about their outstanding communications and customer service. These two guys did a horrible job on staining my deck. It looks like the stain was streaked and watered down. I have so much over spray on my siding and windows that it's ridiculous. It cost me $250.00 just to get the windows and frames cleaned up. They also cleaned their tools on my lawn and killed a large area of grass, which needs to have the dirt replaced before the new sod can be put down due to the amount of stain and turpentine in the soil. Thank God, I didn't pay them a cent. Now they keep invoicing me and saying my account will be turned over to a collection agency if I don't pay. Estimates for my siding ($1800+), New sod and dirt ($750+), and the cost of cleaning the windows and frames.

I was having issues with my garage floor it was cracking in certain areas where the cars were parked. I found northcraft and they had a gentleman come out to view our situation. He told us it was completely fixable. Not only did he restore the cracks but he fixed all the divots and did a great job. After re-arranging the garage I chipped some of the paint. I called to see if they would come out to fix it and they came the very next day!

Very unprofessional. Impossible to get a hold off. Damaged property while performing work. Beware and stay away from these guys.
