        The extensive training Christy has done to share her knowledge of Ayurvedic practices is to be commended! Her ability to see, hear, and listen to what her clients bring to the table is a gift. It is as though you are the only person that matters. Christy is confident, encouraging, and life changing. I am thankful to have been a recipient of her expertise.

        Mindful movements is an extraordinary yoga studio. They are superior instructors in a very calm and accepting atmosphere. They care about you individually as well as as a yoga student. What they did during the pandemic was amazing to keep things going. I have been to many studios and this one is very different. The classes are always new and exciting. I read a review that it was A hidden gem and that describes it perfectly. You will not be disappointed.
