My mom brought a car from them 8/2016. The very next day car would not start. The owner use a mechanic shop that will hold your car act like they fixed it and don't. My mom took her car back to the mechanic 4 times still a problem. They do this until the warranty is up so you end up paying for the problem. DO NOT BUY HERE. Junk cars are what they sell will tell you anything to make a sale.

Manager was good about working with my down payment and weekly pay. In the car, a taurus, for 2 months without problems. Car lot was small like the other reviewer said, but never had a problem with rudeness (but if I miss a few payments I bet they would be).

Very unprofessional. I would never buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. With so many reputable dealerships in Glen Burnie....take your business to someone who knows how to conduct a business!!

I would definetly shop around before I but a car from Royal Auto.Not only are there cars good for like a year there customer service is horrible!!Only go to them if its a last resort..

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR CARS. THEY DON'T WORK THAT LONG.RIGHT AFTER YOU BUY THEM THEY NEED FIXING.
