I had these guys install the equipment in my personal work van and I could not be happier! Initially the salesman I was working with showed me what was available and let me customize what I wanted in the van. I dropped it off the following morning and everything was put in by lunch time. If you want professional sales and service and want it done right go to American Ladders.

Brought a new van there to have shelving and ladder racks installed.

They got on the roof and dented it up.

Installed shelving in wrong location. Ladder racks were installed incorrectly. Had to go back and wait two hours for them to fix it.

Very unprofessional.

I will never do business with them again.
