Our studio offers Pilates which is a system developed to include exercises for every part of the body and for every kind of activity. We engage the mind with the body to create exercises involving the whole body. It helps in strengthening the core, improving balance, increasing coordination and decreasing stress. Our studio is designed with modern equipment and accessories which can be performed by anyone from age 10 - 100.
