I called Sandra to try and set up an appointment for myself and my family, due to the loss of my newborn daughter. On the phone she made it incredibly clear how little she actually cared about her patients- even when I explained that I had approval for 3 visits from an insurance carrier that she accepts she threw what was essentially an adult temper tantrum about "not getting paid" - even after admitting that she does in fact take the insurance we were trying to use! This was our first attempt reaching out for help after experiencing a horrific tragedy and this interaction has left me very anxious about reaching out to anyone else.
