Purchased countless tires from these guys. They have become totally rude unprofessional A-holes! Called prior week to have tires rotated on vehicle they just did 6k miles ago. Told to come in on following Monday. Made it clear that my wife would have to take day off so I could take the vehicle in. I stood there for 10-minutes while guys talks on the phone. Customer Service 101, get off the damn phone when you have an actual customer standing front of you! Then says to me "not today Mr." I told him I called prior week was told to come in that Monday. Asked me if I had appointment, I said again, you told me to come in today. I said fine, forget it. He said "good!". Complete idiot. Very rude old guy, always a spaz every time I'm in. Just lost a good customer! Rather pay more from competitors than to be treated like crap by an old stressed out grouch! NEVER AGAIN! Small town, word gets around moron!
