Several degrees including AA, BS and MA degrees from Michigan Colleges and Universities. Mike presently holds the ABR, GRI, CRS designations. He also presently holds the e-Pro and MRE Certificates. He also has three retired designations as well as an unrelated PRP designation. Sometimes he is referred to as the Professional student. He and his wife Marge taught real estate technology seminars Internationally for 5 years. He designed and wrote the classes and Marge did most of the teaching, even though the MA degree is a teaching degree from Western Michigan University. He is a certified Ethics Instructor in Arizona. Mike has been active in three states in the REALTOR Association and has been active for 30 plus years in the National Association of REALTORS ( NAR ). He has served several terms on NAR committees including the Professional Standards Committee, and The Equal Opportunity Committee. He has also been a member of the Member Policy Committee and the MLS Policy Committee. Mike has the distinction of having attended every NAR Conventions since 1975 ; an accomplishment that less than a handful of REALTORS can boast about.
