You will not find anyone more friendly and helpful as Dan and May Wilson. They run Allstar Guitar. A liitle hole-in-the-wall music store with great atmosphere. Be careful though. The guitars are at shoulder height and you don't want to bump one.

Dan is extremely knowlegeable regarding pretty much every aspect of anything to do with music. He's a friend of or has associated with a great many well known artists over his years and does not hesitate to share his experiences with the music industry to anybody with an interested ear.

He's facinating to talk to for somebody who is involved or wishes to be involved with music and all that surrounds it. The shop has an awesome selection of very nice guitars at reasonable affordable prices. You definately get what you pay for here and a great shop attitude to go along with it. No pressure sales, just straight honest salesmanship from a guy that knows what he's talking about.

They have a full service repair shop and you get the best service and you'll be treated right too. Though I have not used the service, they have guitar lessons going on all the time. At least every time I've been there I've seen some young student doing all he can to fulfill his aspirations of becoming a great guitarist.
