Storsafe Storage

BEWARE....Do NOT allow this company to use auto-pay for your storage unit. Our unit was emptied before the start of the new month. When I received notice the payment was processed to my credit card, I called Chris immediately and asked if they would please issue a credit to my credit card as they were fully aware I had vacated the unit. Chris told me they cannot reverse an auto-pay. I asked Chris how then were you able to issue a credit to my credit card when an error was made on a billing issue several months ago?? He told me that was a different matter. I worked in banking for 30 years and know anything can be reversed. It boils down to the level of customer service that Storsafe desires to extend to their customer. In my case, they have simply taken my money!
