Joe does a great job. He saved us money and gave us better coverage. Could not be happier.

Great staff. Great prices. Great agent. I am thrilled to say I am saving $545 per year on my Honda Accord.

Joe saved us over $900 for the year on our insurance. He gives his cell phone number to all of his clients if you need to get a hold of him. That is something you don't see anymore. Great price and even better customer service.

Thank God I switched my insurance. Joe called me to run a quote and I kept telling him that he would not be able to save us money. Eventually I got a quote with him and not only did he save us money ($700 per year) he did an analysis of our coverage and we found out we had the worst coverage you could get. I am glad we switched to Joe. Whenever we need to talk to him we call his office and his staff lady is awesome too! Go Farmers!!!!

Chop-shop insurance agency. They slap a quote together and then forget about you. PUSHY, LAME, and RUDE sales techniques. Joe is a glorified telemarketer. (No disrespect to telemarketers out there doing their job). SAVE YOURSELF from this agency. There is plenty of agents that care about every single client they have.



After I found a better agent and Insurance plan, I cancelled with Joseph Hoell agency. He called me back and said I can get you a better price now. Of course not before trying another LAME retention technique of "In order to compete your cancellation you have to call me back" ( so I can try to pitch you)...followed by "what price did you end up paying?"



Anyways this place is terrible.



Remember you are the client and deserve to be treated with respect.
