- Dr. Nina Aks earned her degree in Dental Medicine from The University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Prior to coming to the USA, Dr. Aks graduated from the Medical University of St. Petersburg, Russia, with double Doctorate Degree in Medicine and Dentistry. She has over 20 years of experience. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Aks completed a post graduate program with the prestigious Dawson Academy (findadawsondentist.com) for advanced dental education. She earned a "scholar" status at the Dawson Academy. She has also completed several other post graduate programs in cosmetic, implant dentistry, and prosthodontics including programs with Spear Institute, Massad Learning Center, and Dr. Dick Barns Group. Dr. Aks is committed to stay on top of her profession by attending advanced dental studies every year. Dr. Aks' practice was featured in "Dental Practice" Magazine as one of the best practices in the country. Dr. Aks' philosophy is offering her patients treatment for all dental issues from a minor dental problem like a single filling to full mouth reconstruction based on fundamental knowledge of the masticatory system, its function and possible problems. Dr. Aks uses a conservative approach for treatment with the goal in achieving long lasting oral health, success in functional and cosmetic harmony, and occlusal stability. Dr. Aks is a member of the Benjamin Franklin Society of University of Pennsylvania.

Doctor Nina is the best dentist I've ever met. Outstanding service, best care, best prices. She is wonderful person and great professional. I went to her office with severe tooth pain and left with the smile. She took me in within couple hours after I called, when my dentist told me to come the next day. She stayed late just for me and took even more time to give me advice and answer all my questions. It's the first time when I had a good experience at the dentist office.
