Truly dissapointed in the management of this complex. Elaine is said to have worked here for years, Making me terribly concerned for the residents in that time. From our first interaction, she looked down upon residents, and is a compulsive liar with no ethical grounding. Not only were we told multiple stories, but our contract was mishandled by elaine and the then-leasing agent Carrie.
Rent continues to increase with “conservice” (pun intended I am sure) fees and and unknown water bills.
Cannot recommend this apartment building, despite a lack of options in the area.
