        I scheduled my appointment for 7:30 am. I receive a call confirming my appointment the Wednesday before, the date and time are both wrong. The gentleman asks to have time to research and call me back, about an hour later he calls and says that he saw in the computer that it was for the date and time I had requested. I arrived at my appointment today at about 7:25. I turn in my pre-printed paperwork. The woman asks for my insurance information again because apparently it wasn't put in when I gave it to them over the phone. A little while later she tells me the reason they couldn't get pre-authorization was because my birthday had been put in wrong. I sit for about 15 minutes and then ask when i am going to be seen. The receptionist states about another 5-10 minutes putting my time at about 8 am. I ask how many people are in and she said one dental assistant, but there are already 3 patients in the back and the dentist hasn't even arrived yet. I asked when I would be seen by the dentist and she said not until about 8:15 - 8:30 am, an hour after my appointment.

        This place has no regard for their patients time or any consideration to inform them what is going on unless they ask. I cancelled my appointment and am now looking for a different dentist. I would not recommend this place at all.
