Talk of the Towne

This is the worst salon that you could ever go to! Buyer beware! Make sure you get a quote before you get any services done. I went in and asked if I could just put a dark brown over a reddish color. The owner said that she could do it and cover the grays. I noticed when she was putting the color on that she was not putting enough color on so when she left the room I started to panic and tried combing it through. The red was not all gone and the grey was not covered. I went to go pay and to my surprise she said $280.00! I said for what! She said that I got a color correction. Slopping color over a color is not a color correction and she did not do what she was paid to do. She brought it down to $225.00 and would not budge. I went to several salons and I was quoted $100.00. I went back to give her a chance to make it right and she would not budge. I had my daughter with me who has auburn hair and her hair is long and even thicker than mine and I said how much would you charge for her to color it the same color you put in mine and she said $100.00. What??? Does that make any sense?! Her excuse was that hers would not be a color correction because she has no grays. Mind you my grays were never covered! All I have to say to all of you out there this is a high price and not even a nice salon. Keep your money and go somewhere else! This place will definitely be The Talk of the Towne!
