Georgetown Oaks Apartments

There are a lot of hidden charges when you vacate (they charged me for the application fees) and the worst people sit in the leasing office, expertised in lying to people. What a shame for a living!



The apartments are way too old. Creeky noise in all the places including the bath tub. Dont get cheated!

Never again, as soon as my lease is up I'm out, this complex has awful customer service and maintenance. The office workers are NEVER around and I have put in work orders several times that have NEVER been taken care of. During the summer I went without A/C for 2 months. The maintenance supervisor and office workers had no concern that my $750/mo apartment was 98 DEGREES!!! I had to sleep on my couch with all the windows open for weeks! I received no compensation for their incompetence, just dirty foot prints on my white carpet from whoever they FINALLY hired to fix my A/C. What's worse is I'm not the only resident that feels this way. I have made several friends in this complex that are packing their bags as soon as their lease is up. Take my advice, DO NOT LIVE HERE! If there were a way to give this place 0 stars, I would have gladly done so.

Not what you want. The model looks real nice. The actual apartment you get is not like the model. The owner is cheap (one maintenance man), weeds in the shrubs, broken fences and lights that are never fixed. And the dumpser is another story. No garbage disposal (in this day and age?). I don't even walk my dog in here. For the most part the residents are inconsiderate; don't pick up after their dogs, and can be noisy. The motion lights don't work properly at night. The garages are overpriced. Abandoned cars that are never towed. Is this what you want? Go to Haverford Place or elsewhere.
