        ups driver did NOT deliver my pkg to my house but took it to the ace hardware in town and NEVER told me it was there. today ace hardware called me to tell me i had a pkg there and it has been there for THREE DAYS . and it is a LIVE PLANT. but probably not live anymore. i called the place in gaylord on dickerson and the person talking to me was a MORON. she did NOT resolve the issue at all.
