Mighty Dollars

I shop here several times a week only because I like the products , the customer service is horrible and managers are too. I did customer service for years and this isnt customer service. I purchased a xs shirt for a dog and on the back it stated the pounds of the animal so I purchased it according to the chart. The chart was wrong so I took it back with receipt the next day the lady informed me no exchanges no matter what, then I spoke with manager he so no I explained to him the chart was wrong, he still refused then we got to the counter and the lady charges us to much so she demands we go back and get a nother item for 1 dollar due to her making the mistake, what horrible customer service this is , surprised it is still in business. Dont shop there unless you must, terrible people who must hate their jobs.

I like this place, you'll never know what you will find. The people working there are friendly too. You have to go often though, because the good deals are gone quickly.
