Glass on my phone was broken. I took it to KO text to get it fixed. There was an incident but they took care of it right away and didn't charge me. The part they ordered came in and it was defective. But they fixed my phone gave me my phone to use until they could get it completely fixed. & I was never without my phone. I would recommend ko tech to anyone looking to have a phone fixed or a computer fixed. Tracy Scott and the rest of the crew were wonderful to me. They even went so far because I live in Lowell to pick me up and get me to the shop so my phone could be fixed and I didn't have to lose any time and be without my phone. Very very very highly recommend ko tech
