I drove an hour to look at a usedfully-loaded F150 super crew Lairat they had advertised on Cars.com, even called first to make sure it was still available. I get there to find the truck covered with mud, tires so bald you could see the steel belts in them and tires almost flat from the weight of the bed full of metal for recycling. The salesman then had the nerve to try to sell me something else...like I'm going to trust them at this point? I think "unavailable" was the proper response when I called. If honesty and truth are something you demand from a dealer, then be sure to shop elsewhere

Was on a road trip and developed motor problems. Called them and was told to come in. They immediately started on my truck while the rest of the staff took the time to say hello and make us feel welcome. Got my truck back up and running in no time and the mechanic even took time to answer a question I had about a suspension noise. Maybe some of the bigger city dealers could come learn a lesson from the ladies and gentlemen here.

We recently went on vacation to Ohio from missour. Our van broke down (transmission went out). We had our van towed to kepich ford. They were not only very nice and empathitic with the situation we found ourselves in. They turned a very bad thing into a good experience. They gave us a great rental car at a discounted price, treated us to lunch and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle to get home. We love our new vehicle and the no haggle pricing. I may never be in Ohio again, but appreciate the treatment we recevied while on vacation.
