Orange Display Store Fixtures

RIPPED OFF!!!!

I Ordered display counter and all other stuff almost 5000 from orange display fixtures almost week ago, Angelo(if I am not wrong) took my order and the time we receive delivery the box of connector is missing. We didn't pay attention upon deliver for that small box because there is lot of boxes and the person who delivered he didn't open every box.

After he left we start open the boxes and he found that we are missing bunch of connectors and which he charge us already. I called the OD fixtures and talk to Angelo the same person who took my order, without listening my side he start Arguing and start blaming on me that we misplace that box.

The one thing I wanna tell that guy is if I order 5000 stuff from your company I am not gonna lie for $50 worth of missing stuff, its principle. I talk to him over the phone and he told me that you guys miss the stuff somewhere and now if you want it I will send you again but you have to pay for the material and FedEx, The thing make me mad is that This company has no principle, Customer service is Zero and there is no loyalty or no honesty.

I have no problem to pay over again If i pay $5000 I can pay $50 more dollar but there is no principle. There is no apology no consideration such a Fraud company.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THERE IS A LOT MORE COMPANIES IN THE MARKET THEY GIVES YOU BETTER PRICE AND MORE HONEST!!!!!
