Garden of Beadin'

Online service is lacking and out of the three orders that I have placed, items have been missing from all three orders. Packaging is not in the quantities advertised when you purchase, especially if you purchase multiples, and as such, it is impossible to tell if all of the beads are there. Even so, I have had entire items missing, not just the amount of beads coming to question.

This company blames the consumer and finds any inane reason to avoid making things right. They hide behind being a small business and not being able to replace product they’ve already sent. In reality, they have made profit off of pocketing product that I should have received in addition to my money.

You deserve better than the way this company treats their customers. Purchase from someone else. This company doesn’t deserve your business, and you don’t deserve the way they’re going to treat you if you make the mistake of buying from them. Now I’m out over $200, and all they can say is that’s my fault.
