Future Van Lines is a great choice if you need a mover. I was at a relative's home during their moving process and both times they were polite and wanted to do their job.

My mom wants me to say thank you from her to you. She doesn't know how to use a computer very well so she asked me to put some words on here. I have to agree with her, too.

The price I was charged was better than a few people. I compared everything and this company won my little "contest". I made the right decision.

Great work with moving my NEW couches. I didn't plan on having to move as soon as I bought something new for my apartment.

My bro and I can both say you a good job was done moving all of our stuff. That extra money I saved, when I heard my quote vs. "A Company", came in handy.

I am happy to say I am the proud owner of some precious items and I'm not going to say what they are. But I needed a relaible moving service for this "operation". All I can say is mission successful.

Good thing my friend made me save this number a few weeks ago. I ended having to move out of my former residence of 16 years. I called, got my quote, and everything went great. I met my deadline and I owe it all to them.

I recently moved across the country, from Virginia to California. After researching many companies and getting price quotes, I finally scheduled my move with Future Van Lines. The team in Virginia did show up on time and were courteous and quick loading the truck. However, it became clear in California when the truck was unloaded that the initial team did not take care of my items in terms of wrapping and loading. Damaged items were:

- Broken Desk and Hutch
This was improperly packed for cross-country transit. The movers on the California end even said that. Many book boxes were packed on the desk, so the weight caused the desk to collapse and break. It was packed with book boxes to the ceiling.

-Broken Glass on Large Frame
This item was packed by the movers.

-Broken Chest Drawer
Packed by movers.

-Damaged Tall Dresser
Packed by movers.

-Stained Couch
Packed by movers

They dropped the bed frame on the floor which badly damaged the brand new wooden floor. We are the first tenants so the damage is obvious. They were eager to leave before the job was finished, including leaving the couch and kitchen table disassembled. I had to persuade them to stay and help me.

Because it was so late, there was no chance for us to review each and every item/box before they wanted to leave. However, they did have time on their way out to ask us if we knew where they could buy drugs in the area. No joke. They actually asked that. In addition they tried to mark the costs higher on my contract vs their contract and tried to require me to pay in cash, essentially asking me to forge paperwork so they could pocket the difference.

The claim form states that I will have written confirmation from them within 30 days, but it has been over 120 days since I sent it and I have not received anything back from them. Since then I have emailed three times, and called twice to follow up. I left voicemails for our representative, Seth, on both calls, yet I have no response.

It was a very snowy day when I was moving. But it didn’t seem to matter much to the movers from Future van lines. They arrived right on time and started packing all my valuables. The truck was loaded efficiently and they set off in the snow covered way. They delivered on time, even in a pouring blizzard. I really would have forgiven them for inefficiency given the weather conditions. But they didn’t disappoint me even in that pathetic weather.

Movers of Future van lines were just so professional. It was so easy to get a quote from them when I called them the first time. The guy on the phone explained very carefully how it all works. The crew arrived ten minutes earlier than the scheduled time. The movers were all very skilled and efficient. They packed up everything with ease and precision. They even helped us gathering last minute things. There were absolutely no issues carrying my furniture down two flights of stairs. I got the proof of how good they really are when all my belongings arrived in great condition. This company does what it is supposed to.

All the moving companies we have hired in the past couldn’t even come close to the efficiency levels of Future van lines. Starting from the moment I called them till they made the delivery, everything was just spot on. I was impressed with their punctuality. We have never had movers arriving on time in the past. The movers were very creative while packing our valuables. Even the furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. They delivered on time and my valuables traveled very safely. People should always hire Future van lines.

If you need a moving team ask for Omar's team they were worth every penny. I had Omar and his crew of three movers. Every single one of them were excellent. They were very professional and they got right to work. I really liked Omar a lot he was very straight forward and honest about what he could and could not take without further packing. There were no "gotcha" moments where I felt I was being taken advantage of. Everything he determined that required further padding made sense. I've had bad movers before so I was expecting the normal upfront costs and then a whole bunch of back end costs. Not so here. I gave them a list they gave me an honest estimate. I had everything packed up and believe me I have moved over 9 times in the last 6 years so I know quite a bit about packing things up and even Omar was impressed. Just spend the extra money for the rubber maid totes. They survive anything and can take being jostled around if you put some padding in them. I had everything packed up and ready to go. They moved me out of a second floor apartment in about 3 hours. Pretty impressive since we have two bedrooms and one bedroom is completely devoted to books. They did not dally and all of the guys were awesome. My wife had a medical emergency half way through the packing process and I had to take her to urgent care. Mentally I was prepping myself to come back to little progress and having to ask them what they were doing while I was gone. Not so with Omar on the case. They had progressed even faster than I expected! They had everything packed up except for some of the larger furniture.I was suitably impressed that Omar and his team are so well disciplined that it didn't even matter if I was there or not. Again I've had some pretty terrible experiences. I can honestly say that if I were not there to supervise them at all I would be confident in Omar and his team to move me without any sort of oversight. So then we drove to the new place and they got us unloaded in less than an hour! I mean granted we moved to a first floor apartment but seriously impressive. They asked us where we wanted every tote we didn't have marked. After the trip to the Omar gave me a tip though if you can have everything packed they don't have to spend time packing it and you save a whole lotta money. Such as get everything wrapped up in blankets that is fragile or glass. They can not transport items with glass that isn't protected. They can't transport loose items everything must be wrapped to some extent or another. Also they use cardboard, bubble wrap, and packing tape. If you have it on hand they will use your supplies first. Believe me I am thankful I bought nearly everything from Lowes/Amazon first. They went through my nearly 8 rolls of tape and my packing material. I ended up saving over $40.00 getting most of it myself. My suggestion is save yourself some money by having any material they may need on hand if you think they may need to use it. At least the packing tape and the bubble wrap is an easy do yourself. My original estimate was 12 hours. They did it in 7. They thought it would be 8 and ended up refunding me an hour! All and all it is an honest company that has a crack supervisor and a crack team. If you need someone to move you I'd trust Omar. I hope they give him and his entire a team a raise because they would be fools to let that kind of talent walk.

My biggest beef with moving companies is that they employ such amateurs. We hire them because we believe they can do the job properly, not so they can rip us off. Thank god for companies like Future van lines which refuse to be like these inefficient idiots. The movers showed up on time to move my belongings. They packed everything carefully and paid extra attention to my breakables. These four men had years of experience and it really showed. They finished the job in just 2 hours. Within a few hours I was moved to my new house. If this wasn’t the easiest move, I don’t know which is!

Future van lines didn’t give me the lowest quote but they provided amazing value for the money I paid. I was well aware that the delivery might take a while since they had to cover a long way. But they delivered right on time. The credit really goes to the movers. They maintained the schedule throughout. Their packing skills were amazing and I was blown away by easily they carried everything. It really was a mighty effort by the boys. All my belongings were transported in great condition. They even unpacked everything and put them in place. This level of efficiency is so rare these days.

I have read many awesome reviews about Future van lines online. My sister has previously hired them and she also recommended them. I have to admit, they really are awesome. Their men were so professional every step of the way. I was very impressed by the efficiency and skills shown by these men. They lifted my heavy furniture with such ease. Everything was so well packed that nothing suffered any kind of damages on the way. I received everything right on the scheduled as well.

This review is well overdue given how fantastic Future van lines was while they handled my last move in September. But I think their work is the proof of their efficiency, not my words. Everything about them was professional. The movers arrived on time. They were so efficient and creative when they packed and loaded my valuables. It was really a team effort by these capable movers to successfully deliver all our belongings on time and in great condition. They made my moving experience as easy as possible.

Future van lines handled their timings perfectly during my last move. They were supposed to arrive at my house at 8:00 am. I would have been a little flexible had they been late at such an early hour. But the movers showed up at 7:55 am. I just knew from there on that they were going to be great. They had no issues while packing and loading my valuables. My breakables received some extra attention from the movers. They made the delivery on time as well. I am very happy to recommend them.

I have a family of four young children. So you can guess how much stuffs we have. When my boss offered me to move, all I could think was how I was going to shift all our stuffs. My brother-in-law keeps relocating every few years, so I asked for his advice. He said that I should hire Future van lines, which is just the best in business. I talked to their sales rep Tom and he gave me a very reasonable quote knowing how much stuffs we had. Their men were very skilled; they showed up on time and packed everything very carefully. Anyway, Most of our toys and all our furniture made it to our new house safe and sound, thanks to these amazing movers.

I was shocked when the guy from Future van lines handed me the bill. It was ridiculously low for the service I got. Then again, Future van lines have a reputation to uphold so they really can’t afford to be inefficient. Everything was perfect during this move. From the timely arrival of the movers to the timely delivery- everything went smoothly. None of my items suffered any damages. When the final bill was handed over, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was actually 10 dollars less than the original quote. I will recommend them to everyone.
