Quick Service Vending

I called this place to get some information on getting some machines put into our company and I called around 9:30 am and got a voice mail. Around 10:15 I got a call back without leaving a message for them to call me back. So they don't apparently get into the office until then. The first question the lady on the phone asked me was how many employees we had. When I told her the next words out of her mouth were "there is your problem right there." Mind you this was the first vending company I had called and was not aware that we had a "problem." Then I asked if they had a minimum amount of employees they required? She informs me that they did not but it would be hard to services us. I proceed to thank her for her time and then hung up the phone. Correct me if I am wrong but was I not the costumer trying to get this company to put their vending machines in here for them to make money. I will not beg or go out of my way to get them to use our facility to make money. It was very unprofessional and although we do not use them and could not give a review on them as a actual customer, I would not want to use them if they treat potential customers this way.
