Omega Fence And Deck

DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!! We have been trying for over a year to contact this man about our fence he installed. He agreed to fix the fence free of labor if we purchased the supplies. We gave him a check for supplies, he dropped the wood off in our driveway and has not responded or retuned calls (that was as of July 2016.) My mother is an attorney and has sent him an email stating we are seeking legal action, and Tim still has not returned our calls, replied to our email, or even called us back. We have saved all email and text of our conversations between he and our family that we will be using to seek legal justice. Terrible business man.

DO NOT USE HIM!! If I could give them gentlemen a zero star review, I would. He placed our fence spring of last year. We contacted him through text numerous times to please come fix some minor issues with the fence. After almost 6 months of trying to contact him, he finally came out and agreed to rebuild the fence free of labor charge if we would just purchase the supplies. We wrote him a check for fence repairs, he delivered the wood a few days later. That was in July of this year (2016). We have not been able to contact him since, and the wood he purchased is still sitting in our driveway. My mother is an attorney and sent him a letter informing him we would be pursuing legal action if we had not heard from him by the end of the summer. He never responded. This man is a terrible businessman and is very, very untrustworthy.

Bad Experience. Not good Customer Service.

This is a awesome, honest company. I highly recommend Omega Fence and Deck. And to the person who commented about he subs his jobs out, what is your point? Every company has workers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. And also, we have had a very rainy spring, so that seems to explain the delay in finishing a fence. I know I wouldn't want anyone doing any projects at my house while it's raining or even muddy. So, stop trying to ruin this man's reputation just because you didn't like the fact that the owner personally didn't put your fence up. And before you start bashing a better business bureau score, learn why the score is that...do your research. 99 percent of the time its because the customer wants something for nothing. I, too am a business owner, and have experienced this. You cannot and will not please every single person. To Mr. Pannell, I think you have a awesome company. You are a very honest individual. Don't worry about the people who commented anything negative about you or your company. You know who you are, and your character speaks volumes. I speak many many blessings upon you personally & your company. Please don't allow the naysayers to bring you down. The word of God declares that he (God) will make your enemies your footstool. So let these people be your footstool, let them elevate you!

Worst customer service imaginable!!!! Made a mistake and would not admit it. Already rated as an F on Better Business Bureau. Check it out, wish I would have. However, guy he contracted out to do the job did good job and was nice, that is the only positive about the whole situation. Not even worth 1 star on Omega's part. Call the guy he contracts out directly, he has his own business.
