Well it really does sadens me that this disgusting company finaly reaped what they sewed.Just as the Bible says. The were more interested in savings of costs ,for lower expenses .Perhaps to have a bigger profit margin.Yet put CALIF OSHA,requirements at the bottom of the priority list.Today at 2:25 P.M. ,there was a HUGE EXPLOSION.,one is dead and one in critical condition. From a paint stripper chemical explosion.Today is Nov.15,2011. One family will be looking forward to having Thansgiving with out certain loved one at the table.Why because : The regional district manager and other top dogs of this ,corporate greed company forgot to pay attention to detail .Even though they could have a college degree. Thats what happens to those more interested in profit margins.Some know how to cook the books.Like Enron. I recall working for this disgusting company. They demanded me to carry 70 gallons of paint in each arm.They looked down on me because I did know to much about sales. Yet when I went to the male white adult supervisor ,about Frank smashing my arm with a latter on the IZUZU truck ,he did'nt sent me to check my arm and wrist to the hospital. No he sent me on another run. Erank told me his brother is a top dog in sales. Also that by today I would be fired. I was. Frank was weaving on the road.Excessively tired. I explained to him he was a diabetic. I checked his blood sugar. I was right. On the day he smashed my arm with the latter he was very upset because management did not give him a vacation.He made verbal threats as well.Such as this," I don't get mad but ecen." He would stop on company time to pick up ciggarets for his want to be girlfriend. Not at any time did this company allow me to pick up or drop off paint on my own. It appears ,Frank could do no wrong. He bragged in how he had a job .Even though he was a ex-convict.Here I am a honorably discharged veteran. Served in the Persuian Golf. That very same day the companies district regional manager fired me.Retaliation for making complaint.Calif Code:6310. Constructive Discharge: Calif Code:2922. This company appears not want to comply with Calif Labor Code:6400. Under Health and Safety. The fact is they are required to show( Due Care,California Labor Code:2800.) To the customers and the safety of the employees. If safety classes were given then why did this accident happen?? So much for a college degree. The king of Babylon ,thought he was bigger then God. Then God humbled him to have the mind of a donkey. It is so amazing how those at the top forget about the safety of the employee.Haste makes waiste. So if Frank was not in such a un needed hurry ,he would never have messed up my arm and wrist. The supervisor did not care enough to send me to the hospital. That day I was fired ,after being hurt.Well the Bible says what is done in the night will be brought to the light. Each victims family should get at least two million for ,perhaps funeral expenses, pain and suffering,long term emotional distress,failure to take action to make it a safe working environement.Also; Hospital bills. The lawyers that take the case should get also two million after the jury trial is completed .With a very speedy trial. With a very big news media and radio talk show hosts.Like the honorable :A.M. 640 : ( John and Ken).When did the company know,what did they do about it when they knew ? Or did they and the (District management level turn a blind eye?) . So often like Enron do big corporate companies take complete advantage of the small guy. This is so very sad.My prayers go out to the victims families. Also I ask the Christian comunity to please help me pray for the families. In their time of hurt.That was avoidable. As we know it was preventable. We know how some just care about big profit margins .To put safety at the back burner,in stead of employee safety. How too common is this the case . With ( CORPORATE GREED) on the rise.
