Time Warner Cable

We don't have much choice where we live.....but if you can AVOID Time Warner please try to! I am currently once again, without Internet, TV or Phone service. It will take them 5 days to send a serviceman out here!! I have a home based business, and am out of contact for almost a week! Every time we call Time Warner, they try to make us upgrade for better service, from having to "Upgrade" for speed, for a business, etc. and it does not help. For $200 a month, I would expect better service.
