Green Cleaners

Have used this cleaners for 2 months and they consistently washed clothes that we specified were to be dry cleaned. They washed an $800 dress this week and gave it back full of lint and faded. First

Worst Customer Service Ever. Beware! I brought white shirts to this cleaners and the shirts were returned to me with pinkest color. When I brought this to the owners attention he told me that I purchased the shirts that way.. He totally denied that his cleaning process altered the color of my shirts and told me that I brought pink shirts. He did not even attempted to resolve it or even try to reclean it. They will ruin your clothes and not accept any responsibility, and be rude on top of it. if you value your clothes don't take them there.

I was offered a bag in order to more easily take my clothing to the business to be cleaned, and the last time I had taken clothes to this business, I put two suits and several shirts in the bag and when I packed up my clothes, the jacket to one of my suits was missing. I asked about the jacket and they told me that they would check in to it and get back with me. Little to say, the never got back with me, I have had to talk to several people in order for them to ultimately tell me that they never make mistakes, and telling me that I am a liar. This suit cost me over $2500.00, and I can not just replace a jacket because the fabric would not match. I have been more than willing to work with them and would take a substantially lower reimbursement, or some kind of way to make it right due to the fact that the suit is used and cut specifically for me, but the have shown no willingness to admit any wrongdoing or offer me anything in an attempt to continue to earn my business. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner as of now! This business offers terrible customer service, and they claim that none of their employees are capable of making a mistake.

I have been coming here for 3 years without any issues. First issue today and the customer service is horrid-basically will not offer any solutions to a shirt they have discolored. Unreal-I was not upset very calm when I asked what they could do-response was nothing. No longer will I spend my money here-not deserving if a good loyal paying customer.

This is THE worst dry cleaners I have even seen in many years. I had brought my $750 lace evening dress with one stain, only wore it once. The woman told me not to worry, that they would get rid of that spot, that they always do because they are supposedly so great. I asked again if she was sure, because it needed very careful cleaning because of the fabric.

When I received the dress and started checking it out, I found few more stains, I almost passed out. I was so worried about the one! I reminded her about the speech she gave me about their great job, but all over sudden her English got bad, she started pointing at the back of the receipt, saying they never promise to deliver perfect clothing, that I should've read the small print. On top of that, I was a liar because the stains were there when I first came in! I was stunned. The nerve. She didn't say about small print on the receipt or no promises before that. She knew I would've left.

Needless to say she had no problem grabbing my money. I hate to say this, but they are scammers. They take your clothes promising a diamond star, then tell you it's your fault for not reading a tiny print. So, it's safe to say that I paid for adding more stains.

RUN AWAY!

THIS CLEANERS HAS LOST CLOTHES FOR THE LAST TIME, I JUST WENT TO PLEAD FOR THEM TO LOOK AGAIN FOR MY BRAND NEW ONLY WORN ONCE TRINA TURK SHORTS ($225) AND THEY MORE OR LESS SAID TOO BAD! i AM FURIOUS! WARNING MY FRIENDS IN FRISCO....DO NOT USE THEM, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD GREAT ITEMS I KNOW WOULD FIT THEM GO "MISSING". THEY ARE ON THE S.W. CORNER OF LEGACY & LEBANON !
