I was offered a bag in order to more easily take my clothing to this business, and the last time I had put two suits it the bag and when I picked up my clothes, the jacket to one of my suits was missing. I asked about the jacket and they told me that they would check in to it and get back with me. Little to say, they never got back with me, I have had to talk to several people in order for them to ultimately tell me that they never make mistakes, and telling me that I am a liar. This suit cost me over $2500.00, and I can not just replace a jacket because the fabric would not match. I have been more than willing to work with them and would take a substantially lower reimbursement due to the fact that the suit is used and cut specifically for me, but they have shown no willingness to admit any wrongdoing or offer me anything in order to make an attempt to continue to earn my business. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner as of now! This is beyond hideous customer service!
