Clean Getaway Express Car Wash

How about a carwash with a side of damage to your vehicle and physical assault from an employee of the establishment?



The employees refused to own up to their own mistake and refused to give me any insurance information. This lead to a verbal argument between myself and the employees of this establishment. As I was turning to walk back to my vehicle one of the employees decided to approach me and give me a good push-check. I immediately contacted the Frisco Police Department to dispatch a unit.



I finally did receive a very condescending and ignorant response from the owner of the establishment today stating that it my fault and my fault only and that his carwash is totally perfect. Which is not accurate whatsoever based upon this incident and others that I have seen on other mediums. Also, he refused to address the physical violence of his employee who will most likely not pay for his actions.

The owner/manger of this place is a total a-hole. They damaged my vehicle and when I asked him about it he said that they hadnt done anything wrong and it was there before I had them work on it. Problem is that it was a brand new car and I had it for about 2 days. He was a smug little prick and I will never go back.

I drive a black truck and anyone who drives one with this color knows how hard it is to keep it clean.



I always go for the manager's special which includes tires and rim detail and wax. This carwash does a really good job in keeping my truck clean. I've been using them since they opened here in Allen.
