I went in because I needed my fotos transferred to the new AT&T phone we just purchased. Ashley said she could not help me because I did not purchase my phone there. That is so wrong. I thought all AT&T stores would treat you the same. She said that this store is a corporate store. She said I had to go back to the independent At&T store that I purchased my phone at.
30 minutes just to be checked in then the guy said it will be another 20 minutes to be helped, and it was not busy that day. Will not be going back to that store.
I have been waiting at this establishment since 0958, knowing that they would be opening up at 10:00. The time is 10:37 am and they still are not open. They date is 1/23/17.

Employee was not as thorough as he should have been in handling our concerns. W e had to make several trips to get everything set up.
I had a horrible experience with this phone shop!! I would advise others to never come here! I took my iPhone 6 here because my screen was cracked and they said they would fix it for $100. They fixed it in 2 hours and said I could take it home. The next day at home, the screen started randomly coming off. Soon after, the screen started messing up and after another 30 mins wouldn't work properly and was all black with a few colorful lines going up and down! I took it back to them the following day, and they told me they would fix it for another $100. I told them you guys messed up my phone more than when I initially brought it in. Long story short, I took my iPhone to another phone store who fixed it in 30 mins and they told me phone zone put a cheap screen on my phone. Highly reccomend people take there phones elsewhere.
Too many long customer lines . MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR SENIORS STANDING IN THESE LINES. I'M 81 WITH BACK STRESS.
Okay this store I can at least say is horrible! 1st off I have had my phone unlocked in the past. My phone didn't work properly after that.2nd my phone I bought with taxes was $300.00.Had to wait three days for them to unlock the phone. 3rd went back the same day I finally got the phone for the 1st time.had issues since day one have gone multiple times to have issues fixed. Never been fixed. My phone started heating up for no reason and the screen internally crack. I was accused of causing the damage. And I ended up paying to get it fixed. Phone has issues and I got a damaged looking phone. Don't bother using the warranty it doesn't cover jack.
Helped my dad cut his bill in half. After massive runaround from the phone ( bank or Bangladesh ) the we're awesome!
I like my sprint phone but I hate the service at the store on Blackstone and nees. They only know how to give you the run around, be down grading and disrespectful. They won't help and will not try. I won't be back at this store and I may consider another server.
