First time we went to Clawson we were greeted by Ben. He seemed passionate and knowledgeable. What I enjoyed the most is that he did not pressure us into buying anything. He showed us around for quite some time and showed us the different options. About two weeks later I was still browsing and decided to email Clawson pertaining some prices, among there competitors. Mr John Smith was THE ONLY dealership to contact me back in an extremely timely manner. I set an appointment to meet him. The whole process of purchasing was very pleasant. After buying my PCX150 he took me to the back to show me all the components. Then he took me to the service area and showed me who worked there. What topped it all off is that he was able to assist us to get our purchase to our home as we didn't have insurance at the time. Top notch customer service. I did not finance but I imagine they would be of assistance in that department also.
I worked with Tim C. to find my bike, Tim was great. Kept in contact for several months of texting. Very helpful and easy to work with. Overall very happy with Clawson and Tim.
Nice motorcycle shop. Has all the good European brands. Friendly staff. Worth a stop in just to see all the bikes they have in stock. Biggest plus was I came late one day and they actually unlocked the door to let me in!
Hello from one happy customer,I just wanted to send you an email on how pleased I was with everyone I came in contact with during the shopping and purchasing of my 2012 Can Am Spyder.I had just walked out of another shop in Ventura, CA and as a rule of thumb if a man comes into a mid life crises for a purchase like this and he brings his wife. Think twice about who's money is being spent. They didn't and I walked out.I immediately got on my tablet and found the Can Am at your company and from start to finish Ben was nothing short of good to me. He was very Professional and I loved the touch of him sending me a video speaking to me about the bike. He took a risk that I was just another caller but his risk paid off. I sent the deposit the next day and gave him a date and time I would be there. I was not disappointed.Steve is one of the best managers I have met in a long time. He actually spoke directly to us and that is something rare when you are making a vehicle purchase. Managers typically hold up in thier office with very little interaction of meeting whom they are doing business with. NOT HIM!!!Then there was Bree to seal the deal and since it had been a very long day was quick fast and efficient in explaining what it is was I was signing.And please let's not forget Scott in parts by then I was to through with the day(4 hours to get there)and he was understanding and help me get what I needed and quickly. Explaining all safety involved in being a rider.The only problem that occurred was that the trailer we rented from the Uhaul next door. The bike was way to big to go on it and we had to drive it home. Was not ready for that. As a business person I will suggest that you add that into your sales agenda to ask if a bike is being towed or driven and to help make those arrangements with your business neighbor. It's a win win for you and them.I am a disabled Veteran and plan to use this bike for funerals and to Welcome home our Troops back from Afghanistan. The Legion Riders and the Patriot Guard take care of our own.I will be sure to let all know how good you were to one of thier own.For the Good of the Veteran, There by the Grace of God I Go!
Just wanted to drop you a quick line stating my great experience on my recent purchase of my 2008 Harley-Davidson Night Train. Love the bike! I am from San Diego and so the logistics of checking the bike out remotely and ultimately purchasing it were little more challenging. However, Ben was great in helping me through all of those steps. Ben was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions accurately about the bike so that when I came up to the dealership to look at it, it was exactly as described. The whole process was painless and I credit a large part of that to Ben. I have several riding friends in the Bay Area and will be sure to let them know about my experience with Clawson Motorsports.
I'm a veteran on a fixed income. They got my bike ready a day faster than they said and fixed the problem for cheap. My hat is off to the service department; you guys are great!
