        Almost all repair prices are based on flat rate, no bait and switch, no upsell, no surprises. The quote you receive is what you will pay unless unforeseen parts are required. Parts are billed at cost and I am happy to show proof to my customers so they can see exactly what theyre paying for. Almost all services come with a one year guarantee. My goal is to make my customers happy and feel that their money was well spent. Diagnostics are always free if you bring it in. Mobile repair will, however, cost a small diagnostics fee to cover fuel and time. Mobile Repair is available: Ill come to you! Save yourself time and hassle and get it done same day, onsite, in a timely manner.

        I was in need of a steady computer person...Ken is just the right fit!
        He set up my zoom with easy access to my contacts...actually watched me do it twice so I got the procedure.He even helped me set up a piece of equipment no related to my issue he came out for...AND later checked in on me to make sure all was running smoothly!! WHO DOES THAT?Ken does!
