        Overall

        I have never dealt with a service/repair department this bad. They don't do the repairs, have no concept regarding communication with the customer and don't return phone calls. When they finally do get around to getting the repairs done, I'm lucky if the repair lasts a week. We have had their service for 3 years and have had problems almost since the beginning.
