Ross Dress for Less

Atrocious service, messy aisles, cheap quality, I asked to return a $9.99 shirt which didn't fit my son, and was treated horridly by the cashier who stated my drivers license has been "flagged" by the store's return system. Ironically, I seldom shopped at Ross and will not be returning after such an insinuation. A company that mistreats customers does not merit any of my hard earned money. Stay away, find a better place to shop that will appreciate your business.
